An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months. Before applying a dormancy fee, r92 will make reasonable efforts to contact you at the email address or phone number on file. A monthly dormancy administration fee of PKR 200 may be applied to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining balance. r92 will not apply dormancy fees to an account that has a zero balance. You can reactivate a dormant account by logging in or contacting support.
You may request closure of your r92 account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, any pending bonus wagering requirements must be either completed or the associated bonus balance forfeited. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your designated withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to identity verification if not previously completed.
